Digimation: (www.Digimation.com) Headquartered in St. Rose, Louisiana. FBT Investments negotiated and financed the acquisition of Viewpoints (NASDAQ – V.W.P.T.) Premiere Library (the world’s largest archive) of 3D models and associated content. Digimation owns a 470 page 3D catalogue read by more than 200,000 graphic design professionals worldwide.  They publish models on exclusive on a non-exclusive basis.

Pittman Broadcasting Services LLC: Headquartered in Covington, Louisiana. FBT Investments provided a debt structure to finance the acquisition of three radio stations from Citadel Broadcasting (NYSE – C.D.L.) while assisting the sale of two stations to Columbus Broadcasting (NASDAQ – C.M.L.S.).  Pittman Broadcast own and operate seven (AM – FM) stations throughout Louisiana.

Spirit Drilling Fluids: (www.spiritfluids.com) Headquartered in Houston, Texas.  FBT Investments structured debt and receivables for the expansion and working capital needs of a privately owned Houston, Texas oil field service company.  Spirit provides products and service for drilling projects in Texas and the Louisiana Gulf Coast.

Underground Solutions: Headquartered in Sarver, Pennsylvania (NASD symbol UGSI) Investment banking and equity financing activities resulted in venture funding to support the company’s expansion of its Duraliner product.  Duraliner replaces deteriorated water line and other pressure pipes with mineral excavation.

INNOVUS: (www.innovusinc.net) Headquartered in New Orleans, LA.  This private company operates over 15,000 ATM’s nationwide and processes over 5 million transactions per month.  Through their processing platform FBT Investments was able to use its investment relationship to fund the vault cash requirements for these ATM's. 

Dividend Capital Trust: (www.DividendCapital.com) is a Private Equity Placement for Denver, Colorado Real Estate Investment Trust specializing in industrial warehouses located throughout the United States.  The company currently owns and manages 108 buildings, 18.4 million square feet, for 200 corporate lessees.

Heritage Media Group: Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. FBT Investments helped fund and relocate this 12-year-old African-American urban television syndicate from New York to New Orleans.  Heritage produces, acquires, syndicates, and distributes content targeting the highly lucrative 18-49 urban consumer and hip-hop audience.

Endgame Entertainment LLC:  FBT Investments provided equity funding for this Hollywood, California based company to allow then to finance and build a portfolio of entertainment industry investments, primarily in motion pictures and also in ancillary niche market such as live stage, television, and video. Managing partner Jim D. Stern produced or directed 20 plays or films over the last 10 years including Tony Award winning production “Stomp,” “Hairspray,” and “The Producers.”
